Pet Imagination uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and image generation AI to provide AI-powered pet art transformation services. Our AI analyzes uploaded pet photos and generates stylized artistic versions based on selected art styles.

2. Data Processing in AI

Input:Pet photos and style selections are sent to our AI providers via secure, encrypted APIs.
Processing:The AI model processes the photo and applies the selected artistic style.
Output:The generated art is returned to you for download and sharing.

3. No Model Training on User Data

We respect your privacy. Data sent to our enterprise AI providers is NOT used to train their foundation models. Your pet photos and generated images remain isolated and are not used to improve general AI capabilities.

4. Accuracy & Limitations

Important Disclaimers:

  • Hallucinations: AI models can produce unexpected or inaccurate results. Generated images should be reviewed before sharing.
  • Not Professional Advice: AI-generated images are for creative and personal use only. They should not be used for commercial purposes without understanding IP implications.
  • Quality Limitations: The AI works best with clear, well-lit pet photos. Results may vary based on image quality and complexity.
  • No Liability: We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from using AI-generated images.

5. Intellectual Property of Outputs

Ownership of AI-generated content varies by jurisdiction. We assign any rights we may have in the Output to you, but we cannot guarantee that AI Output is copyrightable in your country.

6. Human Judgment

Pet Imagination is designed to bring joy and creativity to pet owners. We strongly recommend:

  • Reviewing generated images before sharing publicly.
  • Respecting others' pets and not using the tool for harmful purposes.
  • Understanding that AI-generated art is a creative interpretation, not a photograph.
  • Never using AI-generated images for deceptive or misleading purposes.

7. Content Policy

You may NOT use Pet Imagination to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or promotes harm.
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content using generated images.
  • Upload images of people without their consent.
  • Abuse the service for purposes other than genuine pet art creation.
